Who we are at The Jar Healthy Vending
We’re a small, independent team based in London, and that’s something we’re genuinely proud of. Unlike large national vending operators, we focus on quality, consistency and personal service rather than volume.
Our team includes experienced vending machine operators, a dedicated client relationship and operations team, and an experienced founder. Because our team is small, our operators are assigned to specific sites. They get to know your building, your staff and your preferences, creating trust, familiarity and consistency that you simply don’t get with rotating service teams.
Our vending machine operators include Tony, Jason, Emilian and Gustavo, who are often the familiar faces our clients see on site. They’re supported by our client relationship team, Sammy and Robyn, who ensure every site runs smoothly and every client feels supported. The business is led by our founder, Iurri, who provides excellent leadership and gets involved in operations and decision-making.

Our operators ensure every vending machine is installed safely, maintained properly and kept running reliably. From preventative maintenance to quick fixes, they’re the people making sure your machines work when you need them.

Across the business, our team analyses sales data, listens carefully to client feedback and keeps up with food and wellbeing trends. Our founder provides strategic direction and leadership, whilst also being closely involved in work on the ground.
