Have you already started to wear mask and glasses? You also think that zombie apocalypse is coming? Then you just got sick with coronavirus phobia. Seems like everyone around The Jar Healthy Vending team is going crazy about the virus and maybe even some of our team members. Anyway, don’t you have a feeling that this madness gone too far? We’ve been so busy thinking about this disease we even forgot about Brexit happening today. News sources say the most vulnerable in front of the virus are the ones with weak immune health, so we prepared vitamin and mineral booster that should help you to keep your immune system strong and ready just in case.

Vitamin C

Well-known guy from the essential vitamin family is vitamin C. It is working on supporting your immune system in different way from keeping your bones and teeth strong to fighting free radical which helps in preventing some of heart and cancer diseases. Moreover, people need daily intake of it as it is one of the vitamins that is not being stored or produced by our body. Apart from supplements you can naturally get it from most of the veggies and citrus fruits.
