Our machines are remotely monitored. If an issue occurs, we’re alerted immediately and will arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible to minimise downtime.

Yes. We provide full servicing and ongoing support, with service levels tailored to your needs. If an issue arises, our team will handle maintenance, repairs, or parts to keep your machine running smoothly.
How often does the machine need cleaning or descaling?
Cleaning is minimal. Basic daily or weekly cleaning keeps the machine running smoothly, and descaling is typically required every 1–3 months depending on usage and water hardness. Full training is provided at installation, and we also offer specialist cleaning and descaling products.
Is there a payment terminal on the coffee machines?
Payment terminals are available and can be included depending on your setup.
