The perfect accompaniment to any brunch and one of our favourite uses of pickle juice giving this much loved traditional drink a new depth with an extra kick of pickle power. The Pickle House wanted to create a pickle juice that was specifically made to enjoy with cocktails and smoothies; not just the leftover brine from a jar of pickles. Having spent many months developing the Original Pickle Juice recipe they finally came up with a blend that is brewed for twelve weeks with sliced cucumbers and spices to create a flavour that is both sweet and savoury.
